What should I do if I can't make it on the departure time?
Even if you do not arrive on time, the bus will depart as scheduled. We will not wait for your arrival or transfer you to another bus. If you cannot arrive by the departure time, please cancel your reservation from My Page or Non-member reservation confirmation.
