WILLER, Inc. and the other WILLER Group companies (some of which are based outside of Japan) (collectively referred to as "we", "us", or "our") consider the protection of the personal information of our customers ("you" or "customer") to be an extremely important social responsibility in the course of providing services related to our travel, bus, rail, and MaaS businesses, as well as related operations. For the purpose of respecting and appropriately handling the personal information of our customers, we have established the following Privacy Statement, which we follow in the conduct of business. This Privacy Statement explains the handling of customers' personal information entrusted to us by customers. Please read this Privacy Statement carefully before using our services and products. By using our services and products, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to the contents of this Privacy Statement.

Scope of Application of the Privacy Statement

The Privacy Statement applies to all personal information used for our respective businesses, including the personal information entered by customers when using our services and products.

The personal information that can be obtained by us includes information that customers can refuse to provide at their discretion and information that must be provided for certain purposes, such as name and address at the time of membership registration and reservations. If there is any specific personal information that you do not wish to provide to us, then please withhold that information. However, withholding personal information may affect the services that you receive. For example, you may not be able to use all or part of our services, or you may not be able to use all or part of the functions of our websites.

When you provide personal information to us, please indicate whether or not you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in advance, as indicated on our websites. You may withdraw your consent at any time. However, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the management of data by us previous to the withdrawal of consent.

Handling of Personal Information

We keep all personal information obtained from customers under strict management and use it only for the purposes of use described below, and we will not disclose or provide customers' personal information to any third party, except in the following cases.

The information may be disclosed or provided to service providers, business partners, subcontractors, etc., to the extent necessary for said purposes of use. We make every effort to ensure that our business partners and subcontractors manage personal information in accordance with our standards.

The WILLER Group has Group companies in Taiwan, Singapore, and Vietnam. WILLER, Inc. and other WILLER Group companies in Japan outsource system development and operation, tour implementation, and various clerical work to these Group companies, which are appropriately supervised, including information security aspects.

Purpose of Use

We use the personal information entrusted to us by our customers for the following purposes.

• Provision and arrangement of services applied for, reserved, and used, and management operations (contacts and confirmations, procedures, special services, implementation of after-sales services, etc.)
• Sending of printed materials and other communications from us by mail and email (including requests for opinions, feedback, various types of information, questionnaires, monitoring, etc.)
• Preparation and use of basic materials and statistical materials for market research, analysis of customer trends, and other analyses and planning and development necessary for business management

• Operation of membership services (membership information management, etc.)
• Responses to inquiries and requests for materials, and other responses

We will not use personal information for any purpose not reasonably related to the above without the prior consent of the customer and beyond the necessary scope.

The obtained information, such as purchase history and website browsing history, will be analyzed and used to provide information on new products and services that meet the interests and tastes of the individual.

When handling anonymized information and pseudonymized information, we will comply with relevant laws and guidelines and handle such information appropriately.

Use of Cookies and Custom Audience Features in Advertising Activities

Utilization of Customer Information in Google Ads

Our websites use the customer match and enhanced conversions features provided by Google to customize for you the advertisements and content you see on Google services related to our products and services. For this purpose, we will share your email address with Google and it will be used solely for the purpose of displaying our advertisements on Google's services.

Requesting the Disclosure of Personal Information, etc.

If you (or your legal representative or voluntary representative) wish for your personal information to be disclosed to you, corrected, or have its use suspended, or have its provision to a third party stopped, please send in your request by mailing us the "Application for Disclosure of Personal Information" along with your identity verification documents.

• If there is risk of harm to the life, body, assets, or other rights of you or a third party
• If we cannot confirm that the request is made by you yourself or your legitimate representative
• If the application documents that you sent us are incomplete
• If the object of the request does not constitute personal information held by us

• If compliance with your request would violate other laws or regulations

Correction of Membership Information and Withdrawal of Consent

If you wish to make any corrections to your registered information, please log in to My Page for Members and make the corrections directly in person.

If you wish to suspend the use of your membership information, please log in to My Page for Members and complete the withdrawal procedure. Please note that once you complete the withdrawal procedure, you will no longer be able to use the services offered, except in accordance with the Membership Agreement.

Amendments to the Privacy Statement, etc.

Due to various circumstances, we may change, modify, add, or delete portions of this Privacy Statement, in which case we will post notices to this effect on the website. Unless otherwise notified or indicated, these changes will become effective as soon as they are posted on the website.
