Bus terminals and bus stops

It is helpful to know in advance whether you are boarding at a bus terminal or a bus stop. There are many information officers at bus terminals, but not at bus stops. Even if there are staff, they may not speak English, so it is advisable to check in advance where you will board the bus.

You need to board 15 minutes before departure time

Buses will arrive at the boarding location approximately 15 minutes before the boarding start time.
Please arrive at the boarding location at least 15 minutes before the departure time indicated in your reservation confirmation email.
If you are not familiar with the area, please allow even more time. The bus will depart exactly as scheduled and will not wait for late passengers.

Bus etiquette

To ensure a smooth experience for all travelers, we ask for your cooperation on the bus.
