Log in to My Page.

Select Bus Pass management on My Page.

Select the Bus Pass you want to cancel and click "Cancel Purchace" button.

Note:

• No partial refund.
• No refund for expired ticket.
• Full refund is available from My Page if it is unused within the validity period.
